“Services”: All functionalities and services provided by Shivaanya Publications, including the website, manuscript submission, peer review, publication, and distribution of scholarly articles.
3.1 Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3.2 Account registration
Some services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services,
4.1 Originality and plagiarism
By submitting a manuscript, you represent and warrant that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. You must ensure that the manuscript is free from plagiarism and that proper citations are provided for all referenced works.
4.2 Authorship
You must accurately list all authors who have made significant contributions to the research. All listed authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission. Ghostwriting and honorary authorship are strictly prohibited.
4.3 Ethical considerations
You must ensure that the research complies with ethical standards and guidelines, including obtaining necessary approvals from institutional review boards or ethics committees. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
4.4 Data availability
You agree to make all data supporting the findings of your research available to the journal and, where applicable, to the public, in accordance with the journal’s data availability policy.
5.1 Confidentiality
The peer review process is confidential. Reviewers must not disclose any information about the manuscript or its contents to anyone outside the peer review process. Authors should not attempt to contact reviewers directly.
5.2 Reviewer responsibilities
Reviewers must provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback on manuscripts. They must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from reviewing if a conflict exists.
5.3 Editorial decisions
Editors have the final authority to accept or reject manuscripts based on the peer review feedback and their own judgment. Editorial decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
6.1 Open-access
Shivaanya Publications operates under an open-access model, meaning that all published articles are freely available to the public. Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant us a license to publish the article under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
6.2 Article processing charges
Authors may be required to pay article processing charges (APCs) to cover the costs of publication. APCs will be disclosed at the time of manuscript submission and must be paid upon acceptance of the manuscript.
6.3 Corrections and retractions
If errors are discovered in published articles, authors are responsible for promptly notifying the journal. Corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern will be handled in accordance with the journal’s policies and industry best practices.
7.1 Ownership
Authors retain the copyright to their work. By submitting a manuscript, you grant Shivaanya Publications a license to publish, distribute, and reproduce the article under the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.
7.2 Permissions
You are responsible for obtaining permissions to reproduce any third-party material included in your manuscript. You must provide evidence of such permissions upon request.
7.3 Licensing
All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to share and adapt the work, provided appropriate credit is given, and any changes are indicated.

12.1 Informal resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us to seek an informal resolution. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations within 30 days of your notice.
12.2 Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC). The arbitration will be conducted in Jashore, Khulna or Dhaka, Bangaldesh, and the arbitrator’s decision will be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12.3 Class action waiver
You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to bring a claim as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
13.1 Entire agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shivaanya Publications regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
13.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

All notices and communications under these Terms shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, by email, or by certified mail to the respective addresses provided by you and Shivaanya Publications.
